  • What are your hours of operation?

    We are open 7-days a week, 365 days a year (with limited hours on major holidays)

    We open our doors 30 minutes before the start of our first showtime and close 30 minutes after the final show for the day has begun.

  • Do you validate parking?

    • Location: Go to 650 South Exeter Street, Baltimore, MD 21202.
    • Features: This garage offers premium parking with covered spaces and security.
    • Payment: Please ensure to remember your license plate information before leaving your vehicle. Self-service kiosks are located on the basement level of the cinema. Upon arriving at the cinema, enter your license plate number into the self-service kiosks to receive 3-hour validation.
    • Rates: Prices vary based on the time and demand.
    • Availability: Spaces may be limited during busy times.
    • Convenience: Great for visitors to Harbor East, including those going to Harbor East Cinemas.

  • Do you offer open/closed captioning?

    Captioning, hearing impaired, and descriptive video devices are available upon request. At this time we do not offer any open caption films. Please contact any staff member for assistance with our devices.

  • Are your auditoriums ADA accessible?

    Wheelchair spaces and companion seats are reserved for disabled guests and their companions. Our lobby is equipped with a platform lift for guests that require assistance getting down to our lower-level auditoriums.

  • Can I bring outside food and drinks to our movie?

    We do not allow guests to bring outside food or drinks into the theater.
