Join us for some comedy fun on November 16th at 7:00pm as we welcome Baltimore comedians, Umar Khan and Mike Q!
Umar Khan BIO:
Umar Khan is a Baltimore comedian who has been performing for the past 12 years. He’s become a regular at clubs, colleges, independent shows, and local theaters in the Baltimore and DC areas. He has three comedy specials on YouTube. His latest special is "Let's Talk About It!," A fully improvised crowd work special. He released “Who Cares” in 2021 and “Umar Khan: Live in Baltimore” in 2018.
He has performed at The DC Improv, Warner Theater in DC, 9:30 Club, The Historic Sixth & I Synagogue, Hilarities in Cleveland, Punchline Philly, and Philly Helium. In 2016 he was invited to be on Tig Nataro's Bentzen Ball in DC at the Kennedy Center. Umar has had the opportunity to feature for great comedians like Tim Dillon, Mark Normand, Joe List, The Daily Show's Hasan Minhaj, Todd Barry, 30 Rock's Judah Friedlander, Greg Fitzsimmons, Kyle Kinane, and Hari Kondabolu.
Mike Q Bio:
Mike Quindlen is a comic, actor, writer, and civil disobedient who travels the world making sardonic observations that often weave their way into his comedy. Mike is willing to expose and mock hypocrites…including himself.
Mike was in the comedian selection for Baltimore Magazine's 2022 "Best of Baltimore '' edition. He is the host of the longest-running monthly comedy show in Baltimore (Second Saturday Sh*t Show at the Ottobar and is founder and director of the Ellicott Silly Comedy Festival) He has opened for John Witherspoon, Doug Stanhope, JB Smoove, Alonzo Bodden, and Steve Hofstetter.
